Recertification FY25

What is recertification? 

Recertification is our annual update process for fiscally sponsored projects. We introduced recertification in 2023 to make sure we're able to work together effectively year after year. We make sure you have the latest CultureWorks policies and procedures, and we ask you to update us about your project so we can best support your work. It's a chance to start the new fiscal year on solid footing. 

Timeline

  • May 1: Recertification materials available; look for an email directly from airSlate.

  • June 1: Due date to complete the checklist and submit all materials via airSlate.

  • July 1: The new fiscal year begins.

Checklist

On May 1, you will receive a separate email from airSlate to access all manuals, forms, and instructions. Please submit the following via airSlate:

  1. Review updates in the fiscal sponsorship manual and co-working space manual and initial the pages with highlighted updates.

  2. Prepare your project budget for July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 (FY25). (Model A Template / Model C Template)

  3. Sign the Fiscal Sponsorship Recertification Confirmation.

  4. Sign up for a quarterly check-in. NEW! We're introducing a cohort-based check-in option, so you can ask questions and share wisdom with other projects.

Once you have your budget prepared, we estimate it will take 15 minutes to work your way through the submission portal.

All materials are due by June 1, 2024.

These are drop-in hours; feel free to arrive anytime within these time slots and leave when you’re done.
