Sparkplug Foundation Grant Program

Grants are awarded to innovative and important work that has not yet established broad sources of support. For Sparkplug, what matters is that the project comes from and supports an engaged community.
NDN Collective: Community Action Fund
Deadline: October 17, 2025
The Community Action Fund (CAF) grants support direct actions and organizing efforts that are often urgent and time sensitive. CAF prioritizes frontline, grassroots and community-based efforts that defend Indigenous peoples rights, communities and nations, including responses to climate disasters.
Deadline: October 23, 2025
The Foundation is open to submissions from a variety of Requests for Proposals within the following programmatic areas: Arts and Culture, Children and Families, Environment and Public Space.

The Trustees of the Dolfinger-McMahon Foundation make discretionary grants for the initiation or support of the following: a project which can reasonably be expected to be accomplished by a single grant in a relatively brief period of time, or a new proposal requests which are accepted once per calendar year, or an emergency grant to an agency or particular project of an agency.
New York Foundation: Rauschenberg Medical Emergency Grants
Deadline: November 4, 2025
A new cycle of the The Rauschenberg Medical Emergency Grants program has opened. This program provides one-time grants of up to $5,000 for recent unexpected medical, dental, and mental health emergencies to artists in financial need who are creating in the visual arts, film/video/electronic/digital arts, and choreography.
Letter of Inquiry Deadline: November 6, 2025
Artistic Production grants fund the production and exhibition of new artistic commissions, in amounts ranging between $25,000 – $100,000. Often exhibited beyond museum walls in public space, these projects feature high levels of thought leadership, artistic production, and public engagement.
The Max and Victoria Dreyfus Foundation
Deadline: November 10, 2025
Grants are awarded to organizations for which a small amount of money might make a large difference. The Foundation welcomes requests for support from community-based, non-profit organizations based in the United States.

Application Fee: $30
Artist Grant awards an unrestricted $1200 USD grant to one visual artist three times each year. They seek a cohesive and well-crafted body of work that communicates its viewpoint, ideas, and concepts clearly, effectively, and creatively and is not derivative.
