Cierra Freeman is a Philadelphia native and a staunch believer in being a part of creating the communities we wish to see. Cierra has demonstrated a career commitment to the education, upward mobility, and quality of life of Black femme Philadelphia residents. Some of her career positions include being a Co-Organizer of Womanist Working Collective and creating & spearheading an Interview Readiness Prep and Career Pathway Program for young women through Job Jumpstarters. Cierra attended Parkway West High School, Peirce College and Eastern University's Campolo College for Social Change, a program that builds the capacity of small nonprofit organizations that are focused on improving the economic viability of their communities. Cierra's no stranger to serving her community through volunteering and outreach as well. From being a Program Assistant for Point Breeze Performing Arts Center to serving on Brewerytown/Sharswood's Neighborhood Advisory Council, her devotion to community involvement is unwavering. Cierra's extremely excited to now serve CultureWorks in this role.
