One thing in life we can count on is that we age. Unfortunately age discrimination is prevalent across many industries. AARP states that not getting hired is the most common type of age discrimination that people experienced. In the entertainment industry, studies done by Clemson University and the University of Southern California, concluded that women over 40 suffer the most from age discrimination.
