Membership Levels

COMMUNAL MEMBERSHIP

$100 per month

  • Unlimited access during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm)
  • Use of the community tables and communal spaces
  • 6 hours conference room use
  • Unlimited hours of breakout room use
  • 10 guest passes per month

 

FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIP

$200 per month

  • 24/7 access to a flexible desk and a secure on-site locker
  • 10 hours conference room use
  • Unlimited hours of breakout room use
  • Free printing
  • 20 guest passes per month
  • Teams can add additional team members for $100 per month on this plan

 

FIXED MEMBERSHIP

$400 per month

  • 24/7 access to a private fixed desk with secure on-site storage
  • 20 hours conference room use
  • Unlimited hours of breakout room use
  • A business address with a dedicated mailbox
  • Delivery services
  • Free printing
  • Unlimited guest passes
  • Teams can add additional team members for $200 per month on this plan

 

DAY PASSES

$20 per Day

$50 for 3 Days or 18 hours per month

$90 for 5 days or 30 hours per month

  • Access during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm)
  • Use of the community tables and communal spaces
  • Unlimited hours for breakout room use
  • Other amenities can be added on a as needed basis.

 

PLAN ADD-ONS

  • $5: Additional Guest Pass or Hourly Token 

  • $10/month: Black and White & Color Printing 

  • $40/hour: Conference Room Booking (2 Hour Minimum Booking)

  • $80/hour: Main Room Use Outside of Business Hours (2 Hour Minimum Booking)

  • $20/month: Storage Locker 

  • $40/month: Mailing Address & Mailbox 

  • $50/month: 24/7 Access or Secure Storage

 

Please note, a mailbox or storage add on are only available for purchase on the Communal or Flexible Membership plans. They are included in the Fixed Membership plan.

As a member of our commons, your monthly membership allocation helps cover expenses like:

  • Rent for our shared space
  • Wifi
  • Space Maintenance (cleaning & repairs)
  • Printer Maintenance (cleaning, repairs, and costs)
  • Office Supplies (printing paper, kitchen items, etc.)
  • Event Speaker Honoraria
  • CW Admin Team Compensation
