Gabrielle Wanamaker is a native Philadelphian who launched her professional career with PNC as a commercial banker. She became a Vice President and Relationship Manager, specializing in Non-Profit and Healthcare finance responsible for a multimillion-dollar portfolio. She also led the client services strategies in partnership with colleagues from PNC’s investment, cash management, and municipal bond groups. After being selected to join a team tasked with advising PNC’s C-Suite on the leadership skills required for its growing organization, Gabrielle turned her attention to human capital and joined Right Management Consultants. There she served as Vice President, Client Services Consulting, and eventually started her management consulting practice, TrustWorks, Inc specializing in business strategy and leadership development.
Most recently, Gabrielle was Vice President of Business Programs at The Enterprise Center, focusing on growth strategies for high-potential minority-owned businesses. Gabrielle earned her BBA from the Wharton School. She earned her MA in Human and Organizational Change at Fielding Graduate University, where she also completed all of her doctoral course requirements. Gabrielle is adjunct faculty in PCOM's Master's Programs in Organizational Development and Leadership and Public Health.
