As you know, CultureWorks has been going through a period of transition. We are ready to figure out what kind of leadership we need moving forward, and we need member input!
As we explore what it looks like for CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia to achieve long-term sustainability, a shared leadership model is one aspect being presented.
We are having a series of virtual facilitated conversations to determine what shared leadership could mean for CultureWorks. It's critical that we hear from members to maximize the chance of success. Please RSVP below to a session that works best for you.
