What is it?
Our work in this group of clients focuses on assessment, strategic and business planning, new program development, feasibility research, and project management—all focused on developing more diverse and dependable revenue streams, and reducing (or restructuring) cost and risk. While this program targets larger organizations, we have also incubated new organizations and developed new programs and initiatives for smaller companies as part of Strategic Reinvention.
