After exploring the alignment of spiritual teachings with scientific findings, Due Quach (pronounced Zway Kwok) created the Calm Clarity Program by integrating neuroscience and spiritual wisdom to rewire the brain for genuine self-actualization.
During this experiential workshop, you examine how the mind works and learn how to direct your own brain development. You gain insight into how your brain activation fluctuates between three primary emotional states: Brain 1.0 (fear and self-preservation), Brain 2.0 (reward-seeking, and instant gratification) and Brain 3.0 (self-mastery, wisdom, and well-being). You also learn and practice effective exercises to activate and strengthen Brain 3.0 so you can be your best self, live in alignment with your core values, and enhance and deepen your relationships.
